Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location with some beautiful aspects but has room for improvement in terms of staff friendliness and service. The rooms, although dated, were clean and spacious. However, the lack of enough towels was an issue. The pool area, overlooking a manicured lawn, provided a lovely setting. On the downside, the front desk could improve in terms of friendliness and responsiveness.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit worn down and the armchair was dirty, but they did come with a coffee maker. The service was nice overall, although they could improve based on what other Camino Real's offer. The location was convenient for visiting friends and engaging in some business activities, but rooms were on the outside in the first level. The dining experience, while not as tasty as before, was decent with beautiful grounds.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms had a strong musty smell until the afternoon, and the noise from neighboring TVs was a bit bothersome. However, the room itself was large, with an open-air balcony overlooking a beautifully manicured lawn. The service was the highlight, with extremely friendly and polite staff who were accommodating to my needs. The location had its drawbacks with privacy concerns but was overall convenient for visiting friends and exploring the area. The dining experience was just passable, lacking variety and care in food handling, but the surroundings and gardens were very relaxing. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.
